missingWrote a review on 15 Augpet-friendly policydecent breakfastpoor cleanliness
The breakfast area offered basic options but had some decent food and drinks available. The hotel had a pet-friendly policy, allowing guests to bring their dogs without hassle, a plus for dog owners.
The overall appearance lacked maintenance. outdoor garbage cans overflowed, and the ground was littered with debris. Inside, the bathrooms had cracked tiles and mildew, making for an unkempt feel. Doors to rooms required significant effort to open, and the cleanliness was questionable with unvacuumed floors and a dirty bathroom mirror. Lastly, the noise level from the highway nearby couldn't be ignored, especially at night.

Total letdown
Where do I even start? The room was a mess—stained sheets and a bad smell everywhere. I felt dirtier after showering. Service was lacking too. got woken up at night to move my car from an unmarked spot. Plus, the breakfast was just okay. Just a rough stay all around.

The lobby impresses with its aesthetics, and the staff stands out for their helpfulness. Unfortunately, the guest room felt dated, and the bathroom wasn’t thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. We appreciated the pet-friendly policy, while the large hot tub was a fun highlight. However, the small, shallow pool was underwhelming and the water was excessively cold, leading our family to take over the hot tub instead.

missingWrote a review on 23 Januncomfortable beddirty carpets
I had a rough stay. The bed was older and pretty uncomfortable. The carpets definitely needed replacing. I really didn’t want to walk on them without shoes. There were these weird stains on the sheets and the towel bar was broken. The elevator was a hassle too, had to reset it just to get out. So yeah, a lot needs fixing here.
